SHARING THE GOSPEL

Sharing the gospel, or the "good news" of Jesus Christ, involves conveying the core message of Christianity.

Here’s a simple and concise way to share it:

    1. God's Love and Creation:

      • God created the world and everything in it, including humanity, out of love. He desires a relationship with each person. (Genesis 1:1, John 3:16)

    2. Human Sin:

      • All humans have sinned and fall short of God's perfect standard. Sin separates us from God and leads to spiritual death. (Romans 3:23, Romans 6:23)

    3. Jesus Christ's Sacrifice:

      • God sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to live a sinless life and to die on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins. Jesus took the punishment we deserved, offering us forgiveness and reconciliation with God. (Romans 5:8, 1 Peter 3:18)

    4. Resurrection and Victory:

      • Jesus rose from the dead on the third day, demonstrating His victory over sin and death. His resurrection assures us of eternal life and hope. (1 Corinthians 15:3-4, John 11:25)

    5. Call to Faith and Repentance:

      • To receive this gift of salvation, we must repent of our sins (turn away from them) and place our faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior. This involves trusting in His sacrifice and following Him. (Acts 2:38, Ephesians 2:8-9)

    6. New Life in Christ:

      • When we accept Jesus, we are born again spiritually, becoming new creations. The Holy Spirit comes to live in us, helping us to grow in faith and live according to God’s will.
        (2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 2:20)

    7. Eternal Life and Hope:

      • Those who believe in Jesus have the promise of eternal life with God. This hope gives meaning and purpose to our lives, even amidst trials and difficulties.
        (John 3:36, Romans 8:38-39)

  • Would you like to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?

You can do this by praying,
    acknowledging your sin,
    asking for forgiveness,
and inviting Jesus into your life.

  • Dear Lord Jesus, I know that I am a sinner,
and I ask for Your forgiveness.
I believe You died for my sins and rose from the dead.
I turn from my sins and invite You to come into my heart.
I want to trust and follow You as my Lord and Savior.
    In Jesus’ Name, I pray.
    Amen.
